They are courteous and respectful towards the SOP by putting on the masks through the entire work. They cleaned the working area well too after they are done.

They did their job like a pro. They were also helpful and polite. The price for the replacement part was reasonable.

The problems were :
1) Leaking 2) not cold
# 1 was solved.
# 2 freezer is still not freezing. It's coldness level is the same as below compartment. Food items in freezer are turning bad.
