I had 4 multisplit units in which they checked all four and charged me for a gas refill at 150 per unit! The gas was the same as the pipes were connected and I found this ridiculously high. Second, their work stained my walls and they said it could be cleaned with water but that was not true. Third, they spotted a leak and only used tapes to cover it rather than welding the copper pipe. My developer then had to come in to replace the entire piping as it was still leaking. Fourth, the debris was left at my drainage instead of being thrown away in the rubbish bin. I paid 700 MYR (150 for each unit and 100 for checking) and this was overpriced considering the mess made and the problem not resolved. Please could I request for a 50% partial refund for this service? Thank you!
