It was a pleasant experience to have these guys coming over to my condo and repaired the faulty part in my split unit Panasonic non-inverter a/c very smoothly. However, when my hubby asked them to QC 2nd split unit aircond (Panasonic inverter) due to noisy sounds but it was working cold and they just said "this model always got complaints on noises". Really without even properly opening the aircond cover to diagnose ?
