Not so good. The installer asked for RM420 (170 more than booking price), did not consult on additional ‘wiring’ supposedly need to be done before proceeding. This kind of service is not transparent and very intimidating to the customer. They also pushed for cash payment. Left hole unrepaired on the wall.

Hi.. I think it's quite unfair.. The service team confirmed with your husband before proceeding that there will extra charge for power switch and 20 feet long wiring . Moreover the technician just asked to pay cash or bank transfer of extra payment but didn't force.. Stay blessed..
