- Rubbish was left outside
- extra copper length was charged based on 1.5hp price (rm25) even though it is for 1.0 hp
- postponed booking due to ill worker (acceptable). Return next appointment date at 11am instead of 9am. End up finish job nearly iftar time.
- two compressor installed with no aesthetichal consideration. Not at the same level.

Great service! They were very transparent about their charges. They were also very quick and efficient. Polite and professional, showed up on time, ran a proper diagnostic, cleaned out my aircon unit without making a mess, and cleaned up after themselves. Everything's running smoothly now :)
