Overall good in their work

My issue was aircond not blowing cold air. They said coolant need to be refilled as it was running out and offered cleaning service. I accepted the offer and let them washed outdoor unit as I had my indoor unit serviced few months ago. The aircond was getting cold again after refilling gas but started to blow water. I asked them about this and they told this was normal after gas refill. The aircond started to drip water, still blowing water and cold air was gone again after few days. The issue happened after warranty provided by Recommend expired so I was unable to claim warranty here. I contacted them to check if they provide any warranty to this and get a no as answer. They claimed this issue happened alot to Haier aircond and asked me to check with Haier instead of providing a solution to me (Kicking the ball to Haier while they are the one who take the money for diagnostic).
From my experience, it's fine to find them if you just looking for cleaning service. However, they are not good in diagnosing issue. Based on my case, they didn't even check for coolant leakage and I ended up wasting RM250 for nothing. If you are not good in diagnostics, please don't offer this service.

They came to check the air conditioner but did not repair it. They mentioned that my air conditioner needs a spare part, which they did not have. Then they left. However, they still charged me an inspection fee of RM80. Thanks to the voucher provided by Recommonded, I only spent RM60 in total for this order. My air conditioner is still not working.

It's my first time engaged recommend.my,found it super easy life for me as a single woman in single storey house.They have multiple type of services it will make me peace of mind.

Today the helper name Ismail and Admad are super cooperative to each other to bring out efficient and effective work done in less than 40min to replace my new ceiling fan and climbed up the roof to check the air con compressor and found out the connector failure then replace me the new one with much cheaper price than my previous contractor on facebook.

From now on i will only appoint recommend.my to do all my household issues.
