Have to inform multiplie times that it is not clean. After cleaning the toilet twice, end up i have to wash myself again as the visible dirt on the wall is still visible.
When ask to clean the second time for the master room window grill, they mention had clean, show them again only they willing to wipe it.
When asking for feedback, after giving my feedback at the end of service, only then informed me they are under training and that car breakdown,

Good services. Could have been more thorough in cleaning wall edges and sliding door tracks. Otherwise, it was of value.

Booked for move in/move out cleaning for my rental. Arrived on time, but the cleaning quality wasnt good. Cleaners were slow and didn’t know how to clean glass. 1 cleaner spent around an hour in the bathroom, but still had cobwebs and spiders in the window. Also almost threw my hoods filters away, lucky I asked her where they were. Not worth the price.
