Fast and easy

We booked an overhaul service. Based on comparison with other previous vendor in the past, the overhaul service is superficial and the cleaning not very comprehensive. It is more like general cleaning rather an overhaul. In the past, an overhaul took an hour and a half for one unit. This service done in under one and half hour for 3 units. Just to illustrate the amount of work done which is more like a general cleaning. If for general cleaning, the service done is okay.

I booked them for 26th December, but they had a free slot today so they called to ask if they come today.

Asked for 21st appointment, however they are able to come 20th afternoon. Checked for the aircond and fuse trip, solved the problem. Well done.
