Was asking to come early however the owner claimed that they are very fast and efficient so not to worry about the time however end up with bad comment due to they did not have time to take their meal and refuse to assemble back to furniture and throw the tandrum to customer which shows they are quite not responsible and did not keep the promise

The sales girl were very excellent by explaining what and how to do the packing and arranging to save my cost. The truck come on time and the staff is friendly and hardworking but the supervisor of the staff who drive the truck were not too professional and not helpful. It's make me and my husband not comfortable to work with him.

Sam Movers did a great job in helping me relocate my furniture to my new house. His team of professional movers was very careful in wrapping up the furniture prior to delivery. What I like best about Sam Movers is that the boss himself, Sam is there to oversee the entire relocation process. His attention to detail is top notch. Sam himself is very good in dismantling and assembling back the furniture (beds, cupboards etc). He ensures his team of movers are careful when carrying the furniture up the staircase so as not to damage the wall lights etc. I have received quotation from a few movers, but I would say that Sam Movers pricing are reasonable, considering the level of detail, attention, and time spent on the job.

I am happy with the service. Speaking with the service team helped me to get exactly what i was looking for, at a bargain price. The quality of service is excellent before the moving dates, where i shared the photos of my items, the pick up & drop off point so both parties will not be surprised during the service day, and empty boxes were provided before moving day (with few extras) at costs price only. The actual moving date was done so efficiently and quickly, with 3 manpowers, the whole process from pick up, packing, moving, drop off, took only 2 hours. The service fee comparing to other providers in Klang Valley (which can charge you exorbitantly at triple rate), is the best deal and the most reasonable I have found so far, a real value for money, while maintaining excellent before and during work. Will hire them again for my next project definitely!!!
