Helpful and Friendly, Excellent Service

I had one of the most horrible experience with this company, the end results of the word done was ok but to deal with him can “vomit blood”, he can even put himself high enough to judge me unhappy.

Finally, to get the job done, I had to get my guy friend to oversee his work and communicate with him These are all the tactics PAKAIMS used:

1) Requesting for me to pay him directly instead of through Recommend. I disagreed saying he was the one who chose to go on the platform and I do not know his work so I need the warranty. He did not complete the job at the same day as promised and labelled me difficult customer.

2) Next day he completed the remaining job but incorrectly rewired my entire lights unfortunately I only discovered this that night. The light switch was unrelated to the task but he wanted to do some checking and felt the need to remove it.

3) I showed him an additional plumbing work to be done. Since quote was agreeable, I hired him for the job. He fixes a pipe leak by securing with black tape as per picture provided. I asked him about a hissing sound when I checked, he said I need to change a pipe. Overnight the tape he placed gave way and the leak was so much worse. When I informed him, he attempts to charge me another 200% of the rate he quoted. I also asked him to redo the lights switch as it were, he says I have an attitude as I could someday get used to it.

Will never hire this company. I understand women are not treated fairly in Pakistan but this is Malaysia so you need to learn to respect women and your customers. You do not have to like us but you are required to behave in a professional manner. I hope Recommend will take necessary action to ensure no one else is subject to such treatment.

Lie again. FYI, all my maintenance people from maid to gardener are foreigners. Difference is they work with ethics therefore have been in my service for years. Contrary to your believe Malaysians are not stupid therefore they are able to view the screen shots I have provided for transparency. I will contact recommend to find out why it is not listed as I had provided or you were able to somehow remove it
