Would highly recommend for aircon servicing. Booked late morning and job completed the same day. Very efficient and thorough in the cleaning and servicing and the technicians were both polite and helpful. They even cleaned my ceiling fan blades which was a very pleasant surprise and was above and beyond the scope of work they were called out for. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Shazeagle again for future aircon servicing. Extremely happy with everything.

The service technician does not communicate fluently in malay or english. Pls ask them detailed price for any additional services that they will perform. Anything that is not inclusive inside the work descriptions is chargeable.
If you are not satisfied, pls ask them for the office no and talk to their supervisor. He or she should be able to describe in detailed the service n related price.
1. request the service on monday, but they accept my request and only available on tuesday.
2. the chemical shud be to wait at least 5 minutes to get thru all the fins, but does not happen like that.
3. Contractor/technician shud show the meter gas reading to customer before and after, to more prudent doing the services
4. Contractor/technician need to aware on the payment method customer request.
Not recommended to anyone. We had requested for normal cleaning for 2 unit AC and Diagnosis for other 2 unit AC.
1. Punctuality.
Appointment was set at 9am but at 9.53am only to be informed that they will come at 3pm. Received a OTW text at 3.30pm, only to arrive at 4.30pm . They couldn't get the work done by 7pm and so we had to reschedule another day, which he says everything can be done. Paid the guy for the cleaning services, WHICH at the end, he told me to pay directly to their company account even when I insisted on paying through the App. He says he doesn't know how to change the quoted price from Recommend on the App, as he only did the cleaning services.
3. 2nd visit, the guys spent nearly 6hours trying to diagnose a problem. There was no information given, whether they can do the job or not, but they took apart the whole inverter at the balcony and left us from 2 other functioning units, to zero functioning units. And, they also took away 2 huge parts from the units and never returned. Attached picture below.
3. We constantly needed to check on them, and when they told us the problem we asked for quotes before we would agree to continue with the repair but no information were given despite the frequent reminder. Btw, we requested for Diagnosis, and not Service & Repair.
4. They schedule a THIRD visit (and were super late) again to check if the replacement parts are compatible of which the guys told me they got it online! (we were still not told what the problem was, and had not received any price quote) Spent another few hours here and finally decided they needed to get Daikin to service it. Which, won't happen until we get into Phase 2 of MCO.
5. Lastly, talk about hygiene and cleanliness, there is none. These guys left black hand prints on the wall around the AC unit and remote.
I've read some unpleasant reviews but didn't think it would be like this. So, no. Not recommended.

Ok service but did not expect to have surcharge after paid for the selected services. Would be good if surcharges are listed down next time so we are not surprised from it cos the surcharges quite a lot RM180 on top of RM235 I’ve paid for 2 ac - surcharges for trouble shooting and additional gas 🤔
