Did servicing on 2 airconds on 6/6/21, noted to technicians that the compressor was not working properly for 1 of the airconds (the one in the room) but was denied by technicians (they stated that there was no problem with the compressor. So only cleaning was done for that one. Around 14/6/21 noted that the aircond was not cooling well. Husband contacted the company but was told to contact recommend.my. I contacted the next day. Subsequently the same technicians came again on 19/6/21 and noted there was a problem with the compressor capasitor (the compressor fan not working). After changing the part, the compressor works well. However they asked for service charge (diagnosis) as well as service part charge. But husband insisted to pay just for the part (capasitor). Does this make any sense? They failed to recognise the problem during the first visit, so why were we the one being charged for it during the revisit?

sir when we come first time then my technician show you all aircon then you said is working well and then after 12 and 14 days you said my Aircon not cold then I arrange for you my same team that same day but you said today can't can you come Saturday then I arrange for you Saturday.. you told me about your aircon after 10 days is not cold And I m really sorry for that but that time also I charge you only for service and for troubleshoot. and then I give you the free revisit just took 50 RM for part I m really sorry for misunderstanding

Experience staffs, good service and friendly. All my 3 units were done in 2.5 hours and I am very satisfied with the performance. Now all 3 units are working very well and most importantly, it's very cold. Syabas!!!

They did come a bit later than agreed but it was ok because I had someone waiting with me to help supervise. The 2 employees did a quick job and recommended chemical cleaning because the 2 units were so dirty and clogged. So far there are no issues. They left a slight mess with water dripping in places but small issue.

Kept me waiting from 9am. Eventually showed up at 4pm. Should learn to wear masks properly, especially in customer's House. But very nice people, friendly service

Disappointed really with Booking them and recommend site you’re not recommended for my friends and family
