The appointments made were fast and they came on time and completed the work. I had to chase for updates for follow up work and answers. Good and clean work.

They didn’t reply when I asked to confirm which day are they coming (there were two possible slots). Then, they submitted full invoice, collecting full payment well BEFORE the appointment date. I had to contact Recommend.my to check on this and asked them to get the contractor to reply me. On the appointment day, they told me that they’ll come at noon. I booked morning slot.

Luckily, when they arrived, they completed the job satisfactorily and pretty quickly. Decent work quality, poor communication/service.

Overpriced for the job he did and he did not managed to rectify the power trip issue but merely disconnected a plug point which I could’ve done on my own.
