My ceiling piping initially leaked, leading to a repair attempt where the contractor used strong adhesive glue. Unfortunately, a new leak surfaced about 1 meter away from the first repair site a few days later. This time, the contractor cut into my drop ceiling to replace the affected piping, which seemed to fix the problem. Yet, a few days on, leaks developed in other areas of the connected piping. At this point, the contractor recommended replacing the entire piping system.

If this recommendation had come at the outset, my frustration might have been lessened. Instead, after three visits and incurring costs of RM900, the problem persisted, and the contractor did not solve my problem.
