My room’s ac fan motor (a 1.5 hp Panasonic) was not working according to Sri Moovendrar’s worker after doing the chemical servicing and I asked SM to order the part for me. His worker said it’s a very easy job, no need to come inside my house and just replace the part outside.
SM ordered the part online and it took some time for it to arrive. When the part finally arrived, we made an apt for 19/5 after lunch cos I had to go and renew my driving license. I came home and waited until 3pm+. After some calling and messaging, the worker told me he is coming over from Mutiara Damansara now and will reach after 4pm. I said cannot cos I will be out at 415pm. When I was on my way home at 6pm I told the worker to come over now but it took him like almost 2 hours to reach my house. He managed to replace the part and got the Ac working. Last night there was a trip at 330am. I didn’t switched on the Ac again and I messaged SM at 334am. His worker called me 830am and said he’ll come over after his shower. But that ‘after his shower’ 1.39pm. He checked the ac and kept saying that it is not his fault that caused the power trip and it has nothing to do with the ac. When he was taking a look at my fuse box, the power trip again while the Ac was running. He left angry and very rude. When I came up to my room I found that the ac has no cold air at all. I tried to call SM but he didn’t pick up the phone. I am very unpleased with their service and I hope you can replace someone to have a look at my ac again at your company’s cost and plse no more Indian technicians. Thank you.

Best service and clean up, good job. The person incharge was very responsible in handling everything. The technician also a good worker, professional in handling jobs during the service period. Despite the slightest problem, they handled it wisely and well. Nice work!

Explained in detailed why he recommended chemical cleaning as my aircond was not properly cleaned by my previous cleaner. He was right, the water that flow out of the AC was black! Aircond is efficient now and cool at 25.
