Recommended. The super maid arrive on time, perform the task based on instruction, friendly too!

Changed service time twice after I have confirmed booking

Not punctual, insufficient tools, not enough man-hour as promised

Even though it was a last minute request they were attentive and quick to respond and assisted to act soonest possible to deploy their cleaners

Booking time was 9am and pro has accepted the job. The person in charge keep on request to change my time either earlier to 8am or later 10.15am, the reason is another customer change mind on last minute to request for extend hours. At last I change to 830am, but on the actual day, he send his maid to my house on 730am. This is not a right way to perform their service. Thru the conversation, he is take for granted and never apologise. It seems I am suppose to change my time that he wants to.
A very bad experience with this cleaning service.
