Swimming can provide children with a range of exercise, from a small amount of activity and movement to a full-on aerobic workout. The fun of messing around in the water allows children to exercise without even knowing it. It can provide stretching and toning exercises, or a full workout that can strengthen the lungs and the heart. It is also good as an individual activity or as a team sport where kids compete in relay races. Our kids’ swimming lessons are designed for Effective , Fun , and Safe , starting from Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced. Each stage is designed to help children in developing graceful swimming skill and life saving skill. Only accept kids age 5 years old and above.
