He late a bit, bit doesn't matter. Good service , I order chemical service , he check and refill gas. And paid extra for gas refill .

Good fast experience

I have very good impression on him at first as he greeted me politely. However, it seems like he is rushing his job cause he mentioned to me his vaccination appointment at 3pm. He only arrived at about 2.10pm. He also did not check the outdoor unit and when asked, he said "it seems okay. It is not dirty" without even checking. I also asked as he also did not check my gas level and mentioned to me: "your aircon is cold" while putting his hand up to sense the cold air coming out from the aircon. After I pestered him, he got his worker to check on it. And it was below the gas level. He mentioned there is free gas top-up of 20PSI and the additional gas top-up cost RM80. However I check Recommend website and noticed the optimal level for R410 should be at 130PSI. He topped-up until 160PSI. And even if at 160PSI, the price should not be RM80. Recommend.my please check before I make payment for it. I have attached my photos here as proof.

Another thing to note is that their mask always go below the nose level.

Despite him boasting about his aircon installation experience with Seng Heng, I will not recommend this company for aircon servicing as they are unprofessional.
