My washing machine still the same as before service. This can’t consider pro to handle problem. The service person informed that the drum washer cannot be remove. Too bad! Not recommended at all

In the end the problem found to be beyond repair and he couldn’t do much about it. But he explained the cause of problem and that’s what I needed.

Technician came during the weekend and was able to source for parts. He advised me on the most economical fix to my problem. Very professional.

I fully paid for repair but machine still not working. Repair man said he would come back today at 8am. It is 9 am now and I called and Whatsapp him. Still no reply .
