We usually recce the event place upon request, ones we get all
the information we wanted, than proceed with sending quotation.The job must be confirm with 50% deposit, 25%
before setup and 25% after job complete.

So,booking need to do early at least 1 month before the event date.Just to make sure all arrange in order .
