They promised to be on time but later the office staff called me saying they will change the date of service requested. I had to call them many times to ask not to cancel as the aircond was leaking a lot.
Service was scheduled at 5 pm but technicians only arrived at 9.00 pm.

On time, good service and reasonable price.

Worst idea to use them! You may end up with clogged drain pipes and leaking aircon.
The marketing is brilliant - no mess etc so my wife ordered a service. Fast forward a few months later my aircon leaked water onto my floor. Reason? when the aircon unit was washed, the dirt flowed into the drain pipes and over time they clog up the pipes as the dirt moves through the pipe. Unless you are sure your pipes are laid out at proper angles and the dirt will flow downwards, DO NOT use these guys. Go for the traditional aircon servicing method - it may be messier takes longer etc but saves you hassle in the long run!

- housekeeping could be improvement after services
- price of services and gas refill are count seperately
- friendly staff
