After service leaking problem solved but air conditioning not cold

The contractor arrived earlier which is great. However I clearly remember I wanted a diagnosis. This contractor came over told me nothing until I have to ask and only he said I have done cleaning but not much dirty. So not it didn't fix my problem, he charged me with the price of cleaning. With his godly back of his hand he told me air cond is fine only take longer to cool which is the initial problem I wanted to fix. So don't waste your time hiring them.
