Furthermore, we service other industries such as food and beverage (F&B) for event and promotion planning and execution. We plan & manage small to large functions, including all your event requirements, such as decor, audio visual equipment, deejay / emcee, entertainment and F&B. If required, we will also act as your venue liaison. In short, Vivia is your one-stop event management company.

Upon contact, we will meet to discuss the exact specifications of your booking. Upon agreement, a contract will be issued and we will accept a deposit of 50%. The remaining 50% is payable on the day of the event, or upon completion of the project. Further terms & conditions will be outlined in detail in the contract.
