The service should be improve.. The toilet cleaning is under my expectation, the mopping also.. Because this is not the 1st time im dealing with cleaning services so for this company, below below my expectations.. Im paying rm60 extra for this kind od service im kind of not happy.. tq..

asked for 8 man hour. 3 people came. at 1st hour mark 1 guy went to the car to talk on the phone for 30 mins then came back to work. at 1.5 hour mark another guy went to the car until the end of the cleaning service leaving 2 people cleaning the house. the cleaning work is very bad and keep giving excuses.
total work done was 6 man hours leaving the house the same condition as before cleaning. new mirrors in the toilet were dirtier than before cleaning. keep asking me to check whether work is done and keep wanting to leave. this is the worst cleaning service i've ever gotten. please do not recommend to any other people.

They were early and gave extra almost 30min FOC,
The cleaners were honest (work fast, didnt took break, and always did what they were asked too)

They try what they can in their capacity. That kind of effort makes them recommendable.

on the whole I am very pleased with the amazing work and the high quality in terms of cleanliness especially where it can be said every corner or space is very clean with no direct dust effect. Recommended to other users which is well worth the cost. Can repeat the cleaning for 1 house
