As a newly incorporated Company, WL Chong Sdn Bhd had successfully completed a few significant projects (factories, banks, apartments, condominiums & residential) and more than hundred medium and small projects since the year of 2009.

In year 2011, there were a few significant projects awarded to WL Chong Sdn Bhd such as the upgrading project for Intel PG5.2, PG10, PG8 & PG12 (Penang) and Intel KM2 and KM5 (Kulim) lobbies, upgrading project of Intel KM6 (Kulim) cafeteria and as the main contractor for the renovation project for CIMB Bank Berhad, Bayan Lepas branch. With the great leadership of the manager and the competency of the employees, all these projects have been completed within the stipulated timeline.

For year 2012/2013, the most significant project involved by WL Chong Sdn Bhd recently (still on-going) is the retrofit / upgrading project of Intel PG7, Penang. We are proud to say that this is the most significant and challenging project that WL Chong Sdn Bhd ever participates and we are confident to complete the project within the agreed timeline.

WL Chong Sdn Bhd is also an active contractor for Appraisal Property Management (APM), mainly servicing Intel Malaysia.
