Great experience and technician is friendly & helpful

The only thing I asked them to do with my bedroom AC was to stop the leaking. They did something, charged me, but the AC kept leaking. They promised to come the following day between 1 and 3 pm and never showed up. When I asked, they said they'd come when they finished with another customer. I asked them not to come becausethey couldn'tfix my AC to begin with. Two months later, the AC stopped working altogether. So, instead of fixing it, they actually made it worse🏼‍♀️. And I was charged for this!

Was able to come earlier than the initial set date. Technician was very polite and did his job quick. My AC unit had issues beyond cleaning and he explained and fixed it. 10/10 would recommend.
