very polite, found my new taman location in shorter time than most, very focussed and meticulous in their work, achieved 100% of engaged service - general and chemical cleaning for my 5 air conds. on top of that, they recommended that one of my a/c didn't require cleaning but required troubleshooting and they fixed a wiring issue with the compressor on the spot. and i got RM20 back, amazing!!

We asked them clean all 4 aircons in our unit which they did and they were very polite and they did their best to clean up after their work.

The service technicians were good and helpful but the management office had a weird pricing scheme that didn't make sense. We initially booked 2 airconds units for regular service. Mid-service, we decided to upgrade 1 unit for chemical service. It would have been a simple straight forward topup of the difference, but management decided to charge full individual price which ended up with 1 chemical + 1 regular service being more expensive than 2 chemical service because of tier pricing. The management needs to have more flexible pricing.

On time is a plus. And very informative.
