Seberang Prai Selantan, Seberang Prai Utara and Kulim. However minimal assessment charge of RM100 will be imposed outside the above-mentioned areas.

Reasonable quote will be provided based on the severity of the condition. If you agree to hire us, we will take a 40% deposit. The remainder 60% will be paid when the work is completed. Assessment charge will be waived once the job is confirmed.
