Rude Bangladeshi workers who didn’t even clean the walls and floor properly. There is still dust on the walls, wall trims and floor. Bathrooms were not washed properly and the cleaners didn’t even use proper chemicals.

When I showed the head cleaner that they didn’t clean the place properly, he got agitated and exclaimed that he cleaned by vacuuming and mopping the floors. He even shouted at me not to pay. Incensed at his rudeness, I kicked them out and offered them RM200 only.

After going through my apartment, I realized they didn’t clean some windows near the kitchen. Even the RM80 office kakak would do a better job cleaning this place and it wouldn’t cost her RM200 for a supposes post-reno cleaning.

May, their boss, wasn’t even around to observe their shoddy work and never responded to the pictures I sent on whatsapp. Will never recommend this con job cleaning service.

I’ve had many maids for home cleaning and all were able to complete the job in 3 hours.
1. Only the male cleaner was doing the job while the other lady had to be told everything. Upon checking after they left, even the dustbin in the rooms were not cleared. If even that needs to be told then I don’t know what quality of maids these are.

2. The male cleaner is very thorough. But I’d rather have a house 100% cleaned than 40% ‘thoroughly’ cleaned. He also didn’t listen to my mum who asked him to ensure the house was fully cleaned and gave excuses like ‘If I clean, I have to clean thoroughly so I can’t do the rest until this is done’. I’m paying you, you should do what I want you to do, not tell me about your work ethic in a effort to not finish the work given.

We initially thought the guys were good just judging by the ground floor of the house. When my family came back and saw the bathrooms and the rooms, we know knew the truth. Really disappointed with the service and quality.

The cleaners are great. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend Xin Ru. Very efficient and easy to deal with. I have been struggling to find a trustworthy cleaning service and this company won me over!
