Value: terlalu mahal. Tukar 1 plug add 2 plug dengan harga rm500 macam terlalu mahal..

Unfortunately the electrician was unable to fix our issue but still charged us RM200 for about 5mins work. He said he would disconnect the hot water heater because he said that was the issue but we need to get someone else to fix the hot water heater.
Then 3hrs later the circuit breaker tripped again and we have the same problem.
So he charged us RM200 for a job he could not fix completely and the work he did was of no use.
I would like a refund and I would like you to send someone who is actually able to fix the problem.
