The client is a leading professional IT Support and Service Management training provider and consulting organisation with more than 20 years of experience in the field of IT Service Support and Service Delivery.
The brief: to write a PPC landing page copy. The client struggled to compete with competitors whose credentials and competency were questioned, although their websites got lots of traffic from Google paid advertising. The brief was to convey in clear, engaging and easy-to-understand language to attract professionals to sign up for the client’s courses.
The result: The landing page was gained significant new sign ups from PPC ads. Some distractions and elements on the landing page were removed and paradox of choices were minimised for the new landing page layout.
