small area on left and right of porch need cementing with brc. other repair works at my home. can discuss later : 1. there is small roof slab left and right of porch, need to repair or replace because rainwater leaking. size slab is 4'x4' each on left and right of porch. 2. Then extended single storey kitchen roof at backyard is leaking rain water, need to check/seal. also install pipe/gutter 3. Install additional metal pipe after water meter to fit in normal transparent water filter twin canister 4. Replace gutter at front porch 5. Indoor paint, 2 walls, one above staircase, one in kitchen 6. Install/ Change knob lock for 2 doors 7. Change door for one bathroom 8. Check slaf roof leaking at first floor bathroom and bed room
