Two tasks. 1) is to repair leaking tap. I can replace it if it is better to replace. Picture shows that it is in off position but water still leaks out 2) is to replace a tap of bathroom sink. Picture shows the tap of the sink to be replaced. I can buy the taps beforehand. Budget is for workmanship only.
