Our service process:

  1. Submit request to book an appointment with our Pros
  2. Our Pros will provide onsite inspection including Structural, Furnishing, Plumbing, Electrical and Cosmetic(cement stain, painting and etc)
  3. Our Pros will brief you on the defect onsite
  4. An Inspection report will be given in pdf format or we will help you to key in the report in your developer app in 3 working days
