Job Scope:

  • Light point wiring installation (if needed)

  • Lighting fixture assembly & installation

  • 15-days warranty for installation and workmanship

  • Up to RM100K insurance coverage against unforeseen damages, theft or accidents to third parties (if payment through Recommend Pay)

Notes:

  1. You will need to get the permit or documentation from your residential building management office (if required) prior to the site visit date

  2. Any changes in scheduled booking date should be informed 3 days in advance to avoid service disruption

  3. This service applies to selected lighting fixtures provided by IKEA only

  4. Additional charges may apply if request is outside of job scope (ex: scaffold RM200), or additional parts is required for installation (ex: 'J Hook' for IKEA Pendant Light)

  5. Lighting points installation must be within the same unit for each job request
