The contractor was supposed to replace the whole roof board. Instead, they just added some silicones into the holes of the roof and expect to be paid RM5500, we said no. Its a ridiculous amount and they really did promised us to replace the roof board that was damaged by the water but after claimed they didnt say so. It was a very long discussion/argument that we had on site. The guy was thankfully polite and nice during the discussion. We were just upset with the outcome.

So we wanted to pay the extra RM250 just to make it RM1500 work since they have completed their work of "filling the holes". So I transferred the RM250 directly, which is fine.

And now they're requesting another RM100 through the system? No way.
