Overall the service is good, the team is helpful and flexible. They are experienced and can coordinate among themselves how to start the cleaning process without us giving much instruction.

Based on recommendation I chose 4 hours x 2 cleaners for my semi d house. However, the Pro was only able to clean partial of the house and by end of 4th hour. To my request to complete remaining house, I had to pay RM120 to extend 2 more hours. I have no choice and this is unacceptable service. I go by the Apps recommendation. Will never choose again

2 girl cleaners accompanied by 1 man come right on time and completed their task within the stipulated time. They clean the toilets and fans very well.
