Overall the service is ok, just need to inform them what you want to clean at the first place.

Worst company and technician. They should hire someone with whom I can communicate effectively and work efficiently, without making a mess in my house. 3 people but in 2 days (1 more day because the leaking) to install my aircond.

Asela and Ishara did a good job servicing my aircon! Fast and explain what is happening to my aircon without being annoyed with my questions. Would recommend them.

Damaged my aircond after servicing and refused to be responsible. Didn’t show up as per promised timing to rectify the problem yet trying to push the blame to the customer. Asking me why did I service the aircond when it was functioning properly before the service.

Anusha is a mindless foreigner, sure does not respect time as they change dates more than 5 times, to fix water heater they brought in 4 people into the house, time was suppose to be 1 to 2pm but it became 3 to 5pm, I will strongly not recommend these people. Company fully ran by foreigners, beware!

Punctual and could solve problems on their own. Anusha was efficient and proactive. Would recommend them.

Great service from Amila and Shara, who work through 7 hours non-stop getting all my air conds to amazing working orders. They refused to stop and eat, despite having asked them several times to do so.

They also think out of the box, where they help to saw through a grill to get to aircond outdoor compressor for servicing. They also help to swap spoilt parts with air cond in living room that hardly being used, so that room air cond can be used. They even found key for one of the grill, which falls below washing machine.

Really above and beyond service!
