First time trying this company and very pleasantly surprised with their workmanship. Their work didn’t make my place dirty unlike other aircon repair companies I’ve tried before.

The following is my family's personal experience for the past 2 years having this company doing services at our house

The first visit was back in April 2020, during the early phase of MCO - my in laws' house required aircond servicing
- fortunately i found out about this website, being really helpful in finding available service provider during those difficult times
- and through this website, the job was assigned to this company

Servicing was done as agreed, the job was good
- upon completion of the job, the technician who came insisted that should my family require anymore assistance in the future, we should directly be in contact in them rather than through this website/recommend
- i am not sure of the policy between this website and the businesses that run through here - us thinking about the hard times we faced during the pandemics, so we kept this company's number for future services - and we did, so all the subsequent deals were done directly

Another service appointment was done with them for my in laws' house in end of Jan 2021
- we requested for check and repair for some of the airconds as well
- job completed as agreed
- unfortunately, even after repair the previously defected airconds still were not functioning/cooling well

Still putting trust to their work, my in laws had them over to their house the 3rd time on Dec 2021
- job requested was for servicing and to check back on the previously 'repaired' airconds
- job completed as agreed
- turns out, the previously problematic airconds remain problematic
- my in laws end up having to get another company to deal with it only weeks after that - that said airconds have been doing well now since then

Considering that we have been dealing business with this company before, our family decided to have them to come to my newly acquired house for installation of our new airconds (7 in total) - this was back in Mid 2021 (April-May iirc)
- job completed as agreed
- unfortunately for us, we couldnt really test the functionality of each airconds as we havent fully move in to our new house in the midst of renovation and pandemic

Only recently in February 2022 that we managed to move into our house
- then only we were able to see if the installed airconds would have any problems since the installation
- after only 1 week of testing the airconds, 2 out of 7 had water leaking issues

Since the airconds were fairly new and not being used before, in my opinion, the problem would be either between defect/problem with the drainage system (developer issue) or installation problem
- considering that it would be better to have proper troubleshooting and documentation should there really be a development issue, i got back into contact with this company to inquire about the issue, so an appointment was set in March 2022
- This final experience is the main factor of my review for this company

During the day of appointment, 2 technicians came - from my conversations with them, it seems like they were told to come for servicing when i specifically stated during booking of appointment that the issue that i had was water leakage
- so i reminded the technicians of the main issues that i faced
- i was present during the troubleshooting - witnessing every step of the process

During Troubleshoot, the first thing that the technician said was that there was no 'Taping' applied over the connection of the Aircon drain pipe and the draining line within the walls - hence the water leakage problem
- for the 2nd aircon with the leaking problem, again - no taping was applied
- otherwise the aircon was functioning/cooling well, even the technician himself mentioned the the insides were clean - as they were not being used before until we moved into our house

Because of that, i was worried about the installation of the other aircons as well, as they were installed by the same company - therefore i requested for them to have a look at them
- This is when we found out that All the aircons installed had no Taping applied over the aircon drain pipe (personally, i was shocked in learning that connecting pipes draining water could be installed without proper sealing)
- because of that, i requested them to apply the taping for all the aircons to prevent any future unfortunate events as we had before
Bear in mind, the job was done for 2 hours in my house and i was with them the whole time - never had i was told of any other issues with the aircons apart from the taping issue as said by the 2 technicians

Job was completed as mentioned above - as they were preparing their appliances to leave my house, i approached them asking about the payment for the job
- The 1st technician mentioned that the job is 'free of charge' as instructed by their headquaters
- considering the above issues, which i personally think is because of installation problem (which was also done by this company), i find it reasonable

The weird thing is that after going out of my house, i noticed the technicians stayed in their vehicle in front for the next 10 minutes
- after that, the bell was rung where the 2nd technician asked me to come to him
And now, the instructions changed
- i was suddenly asked for payment, as instructed by their headquarters - costing rm40 for each taping done for my aircons (total of RM280)

I got into contact directly with the company HQ - the text that i received was that they'll get into contact with me after the technicians goes back and report to HQ

The next day. i got into contact back with the HQ - i was told differently of the cause of my aircond problems
- from the reasons of 'Taping' issues stated by the technician, now i was told that the problem was due to 'Development' issues (draining pipe)

Bear in mind that this reason was not even once mentioned by the visiting technicians when i asked them repeatedly during the troubleshooting - and as i mentioned earlier, the company even decided to charge no cost at all initially after the job was done
- and now i'm being told of different issues by another person who was not there during the troubleshooting

Still being considerate of the matter - i decided to bring this issue to the development - and for that i would require good evidence saying that i had issues with the aircon draining system
- because of that, i asked the company to prepare a Formal Report for the diagnostic problems for my aircon system
- I was replied with texts saying they will prepare the report and send it to me after it is complete (i would assume a report just to mention about the findings of the technician/company would merely take 1 week the most)

2 weeks has gone after the visit, so i got back into contact with the HQ for the formal report
And guess what, all my texts are now being ignored - even all my calls are rejected
- and the rest is history

My reviews are to question the integrity and professionalism of this company in dealing with issues with customers - eg : the experience i faced above
- being defensive of your 'expertise' in doing your job is one thing, but to not take responsibility for your own judgements after getting payments from the customers really make me question about the integrity of this company

My overall opinion for this business would be
- they do fairly decent work for simple/straightforward aircon servicing
- bad experience in doing diagnostic work for problematic aircon, poor craftsmanship in aircon installation and definitely bad integrity in dealing issues with customers

I include pictures of the last conversation i had with this company regarding my house aircond problems and all the recent rejected calls

- us being considerate during the challenging pandemic times, we excepted the offer from this company to deal with them directly instead of through recommend.my for future services - not knowing the kindness would be taken advantage of
- i believe that neither have i nor any of my family members been toxic with the company's rep throughout the jobs done

Two young but knowledgeable servicemen, professional performed the work. Although they initially suspected another problem but when they later found out to be not the case, they were honest not to charge me for that part. The service proceeded smoothly and professionally done.
