I had my ac serviced on 11.6.2020.To be honest,it was a little painful on the pricing part but could be I am not familiar with the prices. Overall I am happy. 1, the two technicians were very polite when conversing,they were very tidy & did the job smoothly. 2nd, I feel they have good work ethics,not tardy & addresses issues before,during & after service. 3rd,they were honest when I informed beforehand to buy me a remote as mine was spoilt,they stopped by to make the purchase but later found that mine just needed a new battery & could still function so they didn't charge me for that. This is a quality to be appreciated in the service line and we should support & encourage such principles in businesses. 👍🏼

I hired them for aircond chemical cleaning plus for leaking service on 4/4/2020 and they charged me rm170 but after a month my aircond starts leaking again and i tried to contact them thru ws and call , unfortunately they just ignore me and i have to hired other company from your website for my aircond problem , at the end the 2nd technician told me that previous one just clean the indoor only , im very dissapointed with their service , less than a month i need to pay rm200 more for my aircond service 🏻‍♀️💆🏻‍♀️
