The 2 cleaners that arrive did a good job, they even did more than what I asked which is excellent. Cleaned all the bathroom walls, tiles and even helped with some other things. You can tell the cleaners are well-experienced.

The pros did not clean the living room floors as requested, and did not use proper tools and ladders to clean the ceiling fan although i have explicitly mentioned that is required. One of the pros assumed that the whole request is for just cleaning ceiling fan, and mentioned "though it is just ceiling fan, we cleaned the whole place". I had to tell her that no, this request is for house cleaning and i have selected ceiling fan as a requirement. They used clorox as a cleaning detergent, which is not right for some surfaces - i personally do not think that is the right liquid to use for washrooms. I will not accept from them again.
