We have set an appointment with this pro. Unfortunately, his father passed away a day before he supposed to start work. He was unable to turn up the next day causing delay in job. There were some miscommunication in between but we are able to solve it. This pro must have the habit to inform customer in advance. In the end, he is able to deliver his good work to us.
