My appointment was from 1pm to 4pm. They arrived at 1.10pm & told us that they were going out for lunch. Came back half an hour later and started work.
By 2.30pm they said they were finished and left. So basically they finished in less than hour. The agreement was RM120 for 3 hrs of cleaning. Their excuse was the house was clean so there were nothing much to do. This is a scam.
