My request was attended within the required time and my issue was immediately resolved.

The jobs requested has not finished. Came in late after 12.30 although appointment made for 10.30. Jobs were for drilling, installation of ceiling fan and smart lock of front door. Half way work they told me they have not purchased the fan hook (although site has been visited a day before and they have confirmed on what needs to be done).. went out to look for the hook and came back after 1 hour. Suffice to say, by 5.30 the smart lock has not been done and condo management disallowed contractors past 5pm. Disappointed.
