the service provided was unexpectedly good. at least way beyond what i expected. i requested for the service on a sunday morning, 9am to 12 noon. the maid arrived about 830am, and start working once arrived, and she only left at 12 noon sharp. not only the basic cleaning, she had cleaned up my dirty balcony that full of plants and dirt everywhere. now the balcony looks 10x nicer. the routine cleaning work is also above average, all the corner that i hardly cleaned being cleaned up nicely, and the toilet/ bathroom floor was brushed with no more stain seen. the guest room toilet that always with a smell that i was unable to get ride for months, also no more there. i really don't know what she had done, but at least this is a super plus point for me.
thus with all that, i strongly recommend the service to people and hopefully the next cleaning service can maintain the standard

A few points to highlight :-

- Both supervisor and maids were late to collect the keys( a day before) but it KL traffic plus i was notified of their delay. So no worries here.
- Gave instructions to the supervisor and maids to not throw items into the garbage bag and leave it in the house. Thank goodness for telling them this or else i would have to buy new aircon remote controllers (at least 5 of them) and holy water.
- Also mention to the maids that items on the kitchen counter top and in the cabinets are the items i wanted and not to throw away. Guess where the aircon controllers were? On the kitchen counter top. By the way,the holy water and palm leaf was in the cabinet.
- Loss some tools, probably thrown away in the garbage bag which i have yet to go through
- There are water + dirt stains on the tiles (living and dining area) after it dried up one day later. Guess what, i have to mop it again.
- The supervisor could have played a more active role in making this decisions for the maids. The supervisor was there just to drop them off and collect money.

If you want a professional cleaning service, i reckon you look some where else.
