You must love Anna’s honesty & sincerity. She’s the one who will ask to check her belongings before she leaves. I love her work, her humble attitude.

I booked for 3 hour session but they only clean my house for 2 hours which the 2 cleaner said they have completed everything. I also noticed the cleaning wasn’t thorough, such as they did not move furniture and things on floor/ tables to clean all areas properly. Did not scrub bathroom floor properly. Also I paid extra for equipment but they didn’t provide on the day of service.

Didn't need to be supervised all the time.

Overall ok, but she was a bit rough n clumsy. My bathroom mirror was broken. The ladder was fell down and almost hit my Coway water filter.

Anna was great but the agency itself was not upto the expectations.. sent one maid instead of two.. ruined my plans for the day
