I found him unprofessional. He used a home sized drill and made 2 additional holes because his drill bit was 'blunt'. He switched drill bits 3 times during the installation. He kept insisting the wall was too hard. The E LCB at the Distribution box tripped 6 times while installation. A simple installation took longer than usual. Work wasn't neat.
