Very professional baker for a two-man team. Kenny's assured me the chocolate cake would turn out awesome and did not disappoint. Like a magician, he wouldn't even reveal what chocolates he used, but it was magnificent. Tried the Mousse au Chocolat, it took two days (but was on-time thus the neutral rating for the wait)
