They sent two foreigner for inspection. After just 2 minutes, they claimed it couldn't be repaired and needed a full replacement. When I declined, they tried to charge me RM120, even though the website clearly stated RM80 for a check without repair. Dishonest and inexperienced—a definite no-go.

After that, I hired a local Chinese technician to check it again. He found that the heater was working fine and no repair or replacement was needed.
