Agreed that English speaking are required. The person who showed up was not English speaking. After calling and questioning they just stated "if you think we are not qualified, just don't use us!" Absolutely unprofessional and rude, don't know what customer service means!!!

under my name, Heiko. But to be honest I am not interested in your services anymore at all. The first impression was enough. You should better learn what customer service and customer relation means.

based on my boss reviews, it was so terrible. Need to wait some time almost an hour to get maids to start cleaning. Please do improve your service on time management.
